Aurora Collection:

The Aurora collection of Labradorite jewelry.

An Inuit legend tells the story of how the fires of the aurora borealis fell from the sky and were trapped in the rocks off the coast of Labrador.  A warrior tried to free the lights from the rocks by jabbing them with his spear, but he was unable to release all of the lights, and they still reside in the rocks we now know as Labradorite.

Labradorite is a member of the feldspar family and it’s play of colors is known as “labradorescence”.  To healers, the stone is known for its ability to awaken in us an awareness of our own inner spirit.
